Rhythms
Every recurring check, in one place, start to signature.
Fire drills, ISP reviews, vehicle inspections, water temperature checks. Rhythms tells you when each one is due, who owns it, and keeps the signed proof that it happened.
One rhythm, up close
Every month, Maple House runs a fire drill.
Here it is as a rhythm. The record on the left, the proof on the right, and the next one already on the calendar.

What a rhythm replaces
Before
Check the spreadsheets, if anyone remembers to open the right one.
Now
It tells you
You set the cadence once. Every date after that is made for you, and reminders go out before it's late.
Before
Call whoever is responsible, then chase the answer.
Now
It already has an owner
Named when you set it up, or left open on purpose so whoever is on shift can take it.
Before
Ask for a photo, a scan, a reply, whatever they have.
Now
The proof is how you finish
Answer the questions, attach the file, then sign. Nobody has to go asking for it afterwards.
Before
File it somewhere, and find out what's missing when the surveyor asks.
Now
The audit file builds itself
Every signed entry keeps its date, its answers and its attachment. Export the lot when someone asks.
So a rhythm is...
Something that comes round again
On whatever cadence you choose, from daily to yearly.
Attached to a group or a member
A house, a day program, or an individual you support.
Finished with real evidence
A checklist, a form, or a file. You decide what counts.
Signed by whoever did it
Dated, attributed, and kept for the audit.
One template, many rhythms
Build it once. Attach it anywhere.
A template says what to capture and how often. Attach it to a house, a day program, or a person and you get a rhythm for each one, with its own dates and its own history. Attach Fire Drill to four homes and you have four fire drills.
- Maple House
- Main Street Day Program
- Oak Street Apartments
Each one comes due and is signed on its own.
And it's not just fire drills.
Pick one to see what completing it looks like. These are examples, not a fixed list. You choose the cadence, the questions and who is responsible for each one.

Built for the day someone asks.
A completed rhythm is audit evidence, not a ticked reminder. Every rule below exists because a surveyor, a nurse, or a family member will one day ask to see it.
