Who can participate in the Kibu Credit Program?

Any organization with an active Kibu membership. Whether you use Content, Documentation, or both, every action on this page is open to you.

How do I claim a credit?

Take the action, then select it in the menu on this page and hit Claim your credits. You'll add a few details and attach supporting files right there, like a screenshot of your post or presentation. Our team reviews it and applies the credit to your Kibu membership. If anything needs a second look, we'll email you.

How are credits applied?

Credits are applied to your Kibu membership balance, which lowers what your organization pays. They are not cash payouts.

Is there a limit to how much I can earn?

Referral credits have no annual limit. Refer five organizations that sign on for Documentation and that's $2,500 toward your membership. Most other actions are one-time credits, and presentations are capped at $150 per year.

What counts as a successful referral?

The organization you refer needs to sign on as a Kibu customer. You'll earn $500 when they start a Documentation account or $250 when they start a Content account.
