KIBU WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

This Warranty and Return Policy (this “Policy”) applies to Kibu equipment, apparel, and accessories (the “Products”) that you purchase directly from Kibu through the Kibu Site or at a Kibu location. It supplements the “Sale of Products” section of the Kibu Terms of Service and is incorporated into it. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

This Policy does not apply to Kibu memberships, Subscriptions, classes, or digital Content (which are governed by the Membership Terms and the Terms of Service), or to products you purchase from a third-party retailer or marketplace (which are governed by that seller’s policies).

  1. 30-Day Returns (Equipment and Accessories)

You may return eligible equipment and accessories within thirty (30) days after the delivery date for a refund, provided the Product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. To start a return, contact Kibu Support at support@kibu.com to request a return authorization and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned Product and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping charges, except where required by law) to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Unless the Product is defective or we sent the wrong item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. The following are not eligible for return: Products that are used, damaged, or not in original condition; items marked final sale or clearance; gift cards; and digital or downloadable Content.

  1. Apparel — Final Sale

Except where required by law, or where the apparel is defective or we sent the wrong item, apparel purchases are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. If apparel arrives defective or incorrect, the “Defective or Incorrect Items” section below applies.

  1. Limited Warranty (Equipment)

Kibu warrants to the original purchaser that Kibu-branded equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal and intended use, for a period of one (1) year from the delivery date (the “Warranty Period”). If a covered defect arises during the Warranty Period and you notify us within that period, Kibu will, at its option and as your exclusive remedy, repair the Product, replace it with the same or a comparable Product, or refund the purchase price of the affected Product.

This limited warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage; damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions; unauthorized modification, repair, or service; consumable or wear parts; or use of the Product for commercial or rental purposes. This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If a Product arrives defective, damaged, or is not the item you ordered, contact Kibu Support at support@kibu.com within 30 days after delivery. For these Products, Kibu will cover the cost of return shipping and will, at your option where available, arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Please provide your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the Product and packaging.

  1. How to Make a Claim

To request a return or make a warranty claim, contact Kibu Support at support@kibu.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not return a Product without a return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times may vary based on your payment provider.

  1. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

Except for the express limited warranty stated above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Products are provided without warranties of any kind, and Kibu disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Where implied warranties cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, they are limited to the duration of the Warranty Period (or, for items without a stated Warranty Period, to thirty (30) days from delivery). Kibu’s liability relating to the Products is subject to the limitation-of-liability provisions of the Terms of Service. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights that vary by state.

  1. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer-protection or product-warranty law. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

  1. Changes to This Policy; Contact

We may update this Policy from time to time as provided in the Terms of Service. We will post the updated Policy with a revised “Last Updated” date.
